OORT (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects and protects the privacy of those who explore OORT’s products and services (“Services”, including OORT AION) and those who sign up for and access our Services (“Customers”, “Users”, “you” and “your”).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you explore, sign up for or access our Services offered on our websites (“Site” and collectively the “Sites”) or when you get access to Services using the OORT Wallet mobile app and our other apps (“Apps”) and related services.

You understand and accept that public blockchain-based systems depend on independent validators and blockchain technology uses an in-built decentralized governance system. Thus, to facilitate our global operations, we may transfer, store, and process your personal information throughout the world.

9. Referral Program Emails
If you choose to use our referral service to tell someone else about our Site, share a link, or invite someone to OORT AION, we will ask you the referred person’s name and email address. We will automatically send the referred person a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Site. OORT stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email, tracking the success of our referral program, and managing access to OORT AION.
Your referred person may contact datahub@oortech.com to request that we remove this information from our database.
10. Marketing Communications & Newsletter Consent
By providing your email address during registration or account setup, you expressly consent to receive promotional newsletters, marketing materials, and other communications (collectively, “Newsletters”) from OORT at the email address you provided.
